Here is how easy it is to use.

Loading a bolt with a glove is fast and easy.

An added benefit is it keeps the fingers away from the string. Here is what happens with a misfire with the fingers in the way.

Here are just a few unfortunate stories of the result of a misfire.

Ernest Goodrich of New Haven, Vermont tells his story:

"On November 6, 2017 I went deer hunting in Fayette County, Illinois. ...there came a time when I spotted a deer. I attempted to fire my crossbow by pressing the trigger, but the arrow did not fire. I went to engage [the arrow] with the bowstring when the arrow discharged, severely injuring my left index finger."

Sworn affidavit in Case 5:18-cv-00186-gwc Document 21-5 filed 12/19/18 in the United States District Court, District of Vermont.

Gary Hunsicker from Topeka, Kansas says:

"On June 16, 2017 I was shooting a _______ crossbow. I cocked the bow, and nocked a _______ branded _______ ______ arrow. I tried to fire the arrow multiple times, and it would not fire. I then engaged the trigger safety. I then reached into the bowstring path in an attempt to remove the arrow. As soon as my hand made contact with the arrow, the crossbow fired. The bowstring amputated the tip of my index finger. At the moment I was attempting to remove the arrow, my hand was nowhere near the trigger."

Affidavit given January 13, 2020 in Wisconsin Circuit Court Branch 3, Portage County, case no.: 18-CV-183

On the 10th of November 2017 a 53 year old lady reported after having difficulty in having the crossbow discharge properly reported, "One evening after hunting I was going to discharge my arrow into a target to unload it and the bow did not go off. I put the bow on safety and when attempted to re-nock the arrow the bow went off and the string snapped my left hand. My middle finger, pointer and thumb were struck and immediately turned swollen and blue. I developed a black string blister on all 3 fingers. I was unable to use my hand for about 10 days. I still have a scar and calloused mark especially on my middle finger that hasn't healed completely."

On 13th of October 2017 a 45 year old man tells his story, "...it wouldn't fire the arrow provided. Finally when pushing in arrow, crossbow went off, severing my finger.

Look at the video below and you can see what happens to a finger or frozen hotdog in the path of the crossbow string. OUCH!

Let's look at the split second when the string severs the hotdog.

That string is traveling at 200 mph, like a Samurai sword whacking through your finger. It is so fast that the string just goes right through everything.

The DigiSaver keeps your fingers out of the danger zone.

The DigiSaver lets you grasp the bolt and firmly load it into the crossbow, getting the nock firmly seated while keeping your fingers safe out of the string swept area. It is actually easier than loading it with your fingers.

Then if the bow misfires...

Here are the Benefits of Using the DigiSaver

Springs normally open for ease of use even with gloved hand, so that you don't have to fumble with it while you are gripping the bolt.

Easier to grasp the bolt so that you can quickly position it and firmly nock it into place.

The gripper is specially designed to fit flush with the rail to be able to grasp the bolt so that you can unload the bow if necessary.

Keeps fingers out of harm's way at all times, so that if there is a misfire you keep your fingers.

A misfire will just fling the DigiSaver harmlessly out of your hand, so that you don't have to interrupt your hunting day with a trip to the hospital.

It firmly grips the bolt so that you can pull arrows from a target.

A zip-line retractor keeps the DigiSaver neatly stowed so that you can quickly grab it to use and you will not drop it or lose it.

Your fingers will never be in the danger zone so that you will not suffer the pain, expense, and the life long disability of a severed finger.
